JFK Millenium Partners (JMP), a consortium led by Vantage, RXR, ATI and JetBlue, is responsible for the design, build, finance, operations and maintenance of the Project. It is performing the construction via a design-build contract with AECOM-Hunt, for the first phase of the new Terminal 6 while operating the existing Terminal 7.
Upon completion of phase 1, Terminal 7 will be demolished and phase 2 of Terminal 6 will be built on its site. The new Terminal 6 will be a new 1.2 mm sqft (111,483 sqm) terminal at JFK and be physically interconnected to JetBlue’s existing Terminal 5.
