The project involves the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a purpose-built student housing tower located near the University of Washington in Seattle.
Conveniently located three blocks from the University of Washington’s campus and just one block from the new Link Light Rail station, the 21-story, 226-unit / 597-bed project will feature study spaces and top-quality amenity areas to serve the more than 45,000 students, faculty, staff and young professionals of the university.
The project is scheduled to open Summer 2022 in preparation for the 2022/2023 academic year.
