The fourth phase of a student housing project involving the design, construction, financing, operations, and maintenance of a mixed-use purpose-built student housing and retail development for The University of Texas at Dallas through a 61-year ground lease. The project broke ground in December 2019 and is expected to be completed summer 2021. The project expanded on the Northside Phase I, II and III developments by delivering an additional 387 housing units. Located adjacent to previous phases, the Phase IV project includes mid-rise apartments that will add approximately 675 beds. The unit mix of Phase IV is weighted towards the historical performance and feedback received on previous phases. Consistent with previous phases the new space will provide its own amenities and share the some of the ones available on previous phases.
