The third phase of a student housing project involving the design, construction, financing, operations, and maintenance of a mixed-use purpose-built student housing and retail development for The University of Texas at Dallas through a 61-year ground lease. The project broke ground in June 2019 and is expected to be completed summer 2020. The project expanded on the Northside Phase I and II developments by delivering an additional 246 housing units. Located adjacent to previous phases, the Phase III project includes mid-rise apartments and townhomes that will add approximately 370 beds. The unit mix of Phase III is weighted towards smaller units based on the feedback received on previous phases. The new space will either provide its own amenities or share the ones available on previous phases.
