Amy Bohannon joined Tikehau Capital in 2021 as US General Counsel. Prior to joining the Group, she spent nine years as Associate General Counsel at J.C. Flowers & Co, a private investment firm dedicated to investing globally in the financial services industry.
During her tenure at J.C. Flowers & Co, Amy provided counsel for many innovative transactions involving insurance companies, banks and B2C financial companies.
Prior to this, Amy was an Associate at Shearman & Sterling from 2004 to 2012 and acted as a member of the firm’s Asset Management Group primarily focused on private equity and hedge fund formations. Amy holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University in Durham, NC and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
