Christophe Petit is Co-Founder and President of Tikehau Star Infra (“TSI”), previously known as Star America . As a member of the Investment Committee, Mr. Petit will be actively involved in all of the due diligence processes and investments. Previously, he served as Managing Partner of the Investment Manager and on the boards of managers of the Portfolio Companies for the Michigan Freeway Lighting project, the Portsmouth Bypass project and the Digital Crossroads Data Center project, and was an alternate on the Purple Line project.
Prior to co-founding the Investment Manager, Mr. Petit was an investment banker at Greenhill & Co., an independent mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, where he specialized in the origination, structuring, negotiation, and closing of infrastructure financing transactions in the Americas. Prior to joining Greenhill, Mr. Petit was a Managing Director of the Infrastructure and Structured Finance team at Societe Generale. Before that, he worked with Dexia Credit Local and in the infrastructure financing department of the International Finance Corporation, the private arm of the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. During his time at the World Bank, Mr. Petit worked on transport transactions in numerous countries, including Mexico, Mozambique, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and China.
Mr. Petit holds a Master of Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Paris and a Master in Finance from Dauphine University in Paris.
