(Roslyn, NY) – Star America Infrastructure Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Francis “Russ” Van Scoy to the team in Roslyn. Francis will be taking on the role of Chief Compliance Officer and Controller.
Prior to joining Star America Infrastructure Partners, LLC., Francis was the Chief Financial and Compliance Officer at Trident Investment Management, LLC., where he was responsible for the financial operations, reporting, compliance and assisted with investor relations. He also managed its human resource department and all third-party arrangements. Previously, Francis was the Controller and Director of Operations at Charter Bridge Capital Management, L.P., the Controller at Agamas Capital Management, L.P. and a Manager at Citco Fund Services, Inc. Francis began his career in the alternative investment industry as an auditor at RSM.
Mr. Van Scoy earned a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and he is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the CFA and CAIA charters.
